• "We," "our," or "us" refers to Solar Express (Pvt) Ltd.
• "You," "User," or "Customer" refers to any individual or business visiting, using, or purchasing through the website.

2. Eligibility & Account

By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• All information provided is accurate and up to date.
• You will not impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Product Listings & Vendor Responsibility

• Products are listed by verified third-party vendors. While SolarExpress.pk verifies seller authenticity, the seller is ultimately responsible for product quality, warranty, and fulfillment.
• We do not manufacture the products; we are an e-commerce platform enabling transactions.

4. Pricing, Stock & Availability

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and transparently displayed.
• Stock levels are updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy in all cases.
• SolarExpress.pk is not liable for order delays caused by vendor stock or delivery issues.

5. Order Acceptance & Payment

• Your order constitutes an offer. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed via email/SMS.
• We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and installment options (details provided at checkout).
• All transactions are secure and encrypted.

6. Shipping, Installation & Services

• Shipping and/or installation timelines vary by product and vendor location.
• Professional installation is offered via certified solar engineers. You may choose installation during checkout or separately.
• Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Upload harmful code, spam, or misleading content
• Misuse product reviews or impersonate others
• Use automated systems to access our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content and restrict access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of SolarExpress.pk or its vendors and is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• That all tools or calculators will produce guaranteed results

10. Limitation of Liability

SolarExpress.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
