Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with SolarExpress.pk — Pakistan's dedicated solar marketplace. We are committed to providing quality products and a reliable customer experience. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please read the following Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps for initiating a return or refund.
1. Return & Refund Policy for Non-Faulty Products
We offer a 7-day return policy for non-faulty and unused products with a 10% restocking fee.
You may request a return and refund if the following conditions are met:
- Product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product tags and seals must be intact
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
❗ Note: Items installed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 0331-6801200 within 7 days of receiving your item
- Share your Order ID, reason for return, and a video showing the condition of the product
- Our support team will issue a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
- Repack the product securely and send it to the address provided by our team
- Keep the tracking receipt for your records
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition:
- Refund will be processed within 7 working days
- Refunds for JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank payments will be issued to the original account
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a bank transfer refund upon receiving your bank details
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
💰 Refunds do not include original shipping charges or return shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or wrongly delivered).
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
- In cases of damaged or incorrect delivery, SolarExpress.pk will bear the return cost
- We recommend using a secure courier service with tracking
- Items lost during return shipping are the customer's responsibility
5. Exceptions to Returns/Refunds
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive faulty:
- Customized or built-to-order products
- Clearance sale or final sale items
- Software, batteries, or electronics once opened or used
- Installed items with altered packaging or wiring
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging or accessories
6. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product is damaged or not working on arrival, notify us within 7 days. We will:
- Arrange a pickup or replacement at no cost to you
- Offer a refund or exchange based on your preference
- Require a video or photo as proof of damage for faster processing
- Provide prepaid return shipping labels
- Honor manufacturer warranties where applicable
7. Exchange Policy
In select cases, exchanges may be allowed based on product availability. Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences must be paid or refunded accordingly
- Restocking or delivery charges may apply
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Same conditions apply as returns (unused, original packaging, etc.)
8. Warranty Claims
For products under manufacturer warranty:
- Contact us first before approaching the manufacturer
- We will facilitate warranty claims and repairs
- Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product
- Keep original purchase receipts and warranty cards
9. Processing Timeline
- Return Request Response: Within 24 hours
- Return Authorization: 1-2 business days
- Refund Processing: 7 working days after receipt
- Exchange Processing: 5-10 business days
- Warranty Claims: As per manufacturer timeline
